POSITION SUMMARY: Taylor Siefker Williams Design Group is seeking a creative individual to join our design & planning team. The successful candidate must have a degree in landscape architecture, or other related field with zero to eight years of work experience. The position requires work on a wide variety of project types, from concept plan development to preparation of construction documents, project specifications and cost estimates. The candidate must have experience with technical project documentation (2D & 3D), graphic communication and the assembly of reports, narratives, and presentations, as well as project experience with construction documentation and administration. Candidate must be detail oriented, flexible, have the ability to work with minimal supervision and have strong written, verbal and graphic communication skills, including hand drawing and rendering. Cultivating new client growth in the public and private sectors are additional expectations of the position. Necessary software skills include: AutoCAD (Land F/X), Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, 3D modelling (SketchUp) and a working knowledge of ArcGIS software.
REQUIREMENTS: Candidate should possess a Bachelor and/or Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design with Professional Registration or willingness to obtain registration. 0-8 years of work experience.
